RULES

GENERAL RULES

Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule not covered herein.

All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to changes and revisions by our company's management without prior written notice.

In the event of a bad grade; we reserve the right to correct the score and all bets associated with the bad grade.

Our company has the right to correct any wrong payout due to human or software miscalculation. This includes pending or any graded wager.

In the event of an obvious "bad line" being posted due to human or system error, all wagers with "bad line" will be considered NO ACTION. (i.e.- wrong side favored, total or moneyline grossly off of consensus, etc.)

If an event is not played on the same date originally scheduled, then all wagers on the event have no action (The exceptions are listed under specific sports rules). As long as the event is played on the schedule day, all bets have action. If inclement weather (or similar delay) pushes the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, all bets have action. If the game is rescheduled, all bets are cancelled.

The outcome of an event will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion; our company does not recognize protested or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified herein.

Unless otherwise specified all game wagers, as well as 2nd half wagers will include overtime scoring -If the bet includes a DRAW, then all bets are graded after regulation-.

If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on both teams, players or else will be scored as losers.

Maximum underdogs allowed in any parlay is 1, this unless previous arrangements have been made.

A game/match will have action regardless of the league associated with the matchup. For example, two teams from the same League are playing in a Cup competition. If the matchup is mistakenly placed in the League offering, the game/match will still have action, as long as the matchup is correct. In other words, a matchup will have action as long as the two teams are correct, and regardless of the League header in which it is placed on our website.

For any head to head match-up or prop both players must start (or play, depending on the sport). If either one doesn't start then all bets are no action. (The exceptions are listed under specific sports rules)

We reserve the right to refuse, reject or suspend without prior notification any customer who is suspected of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging our normal betting operations (including the Internet Betting Service). Any bets made with the intention to cheat, hack, attack, manipulate or damage our betting operations will be void without prior notification.

It is the client's responsibility to protect and keep private his or her account number and password. Clients are responsible for all account activity, and under no circumstances will any wagers be cancelled due to "unauthorized" usage of account, consensual or otherwise. A new password may be requested at any time if you feel your account information may have been compromised.

It is recommended that clients placing wagers over the internet print and/or keep track of the ticket number of all internet wagers to ensure that all wagers were accepted by system and to aid in the event that you ever have a claim on a wager placed via the internet.

In all futures wagering (for example, total season wins, Super Bowl winner, etc.), the winner as determined by the League Commissioner will also be declared the winner for betting purposes except when the minimum number of games required for the future to have 'action' has not been completed. We require that the teams play all games scheduled -for example; NBA 82 games, NFL 16 games, NHL 82 games-. If any team fails to complete the total amount of games then his regular season wins bet will be deemed NO ACTION (The exceptions are listed under specific sports rules).

When wagering on props, unless otherwise specified all player must play or start (check the specific sport for rules) for wagers to behave action.

Unless the offering has ALL IN listed then all future wagering involving any particular player(s), the listed player(s) must start the tournament for the bets to have action. If the offering has ALL IN, then all wagers are action, regardless if the player listed participated or not.

For all rules listed here, if the game itself contains a disclaimers counter indicating a rule, the disclaimer will override the rule listed herein.

Team Totals, Alternate Lines, regulation time only, Grand Salami and similar line types are NOT considered props. Those are alternate offerings to the games main lines.

No wagers can be changed or cancelled after being placed and confirmed unless authorized by management.

All calls are tape-recorded and the recording will be used to settle any disputes.

All READ BACK are final. After placing your wagers, operator will give you a READ BACK of all wagers placed on current call. Once READ BACK is complete, you will be asked to give your account number and password as final confirmation that all wagers are correct. If the READ BACK is not correct, please inform operator at that point and incorrect wagers will be corrected. Please listen carefully to all READ BACK, as they will serve as the determining factor in any disputes.

If a call is dropped or terminated during or prior to READ BACK. Please call back immediately to receive READ BACK, as wagers will NOT be entered into the system by operator.

If it happens to be a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

SPECIFIC RULES
BASEBALL RULES

BASEBALL (GENERAL RULES) - All baseball wagers must go the day written, baseball games will NOT carry over to the following day unless otherwise specified. Our Company does not recognize postponed games that have not started (rain delay, etc.) protests or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. On games that have been postponed, have not started or have not played the required minimum 4½ innings for the game money lines to be action all monies will be refunded.

BASEBALL (MONEYLINES) - The result of a game is official after 5 innings of play or after 4½ innings if the home team is leading. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the LAST FULL COMPLETED INNING. An inning is fully completed after the home team had enough chances to tie or win the game.

BASEBALL (TOTALS & RUNLINES) - The game must go 9 full innings or 8½ if the home team is ahead to have action. Baseball totals and run lines are accepted based on the "LISTED" pitchers. In the event of a pitching change prior to start of game, all wagers will be considered "NO ACTION". Both "LISTED" pitchers must start and throw at least one pitch to have action. Alternate runlines have the same rules as the regular runlines.

BASEBALL (HALVES) - The first 5 full innings will be Action after the bottom of the 5th inning is completed. If a game does not go five full innings, all bets on the first 5 full innings will be canceled. Wagering on the MLB second halves is similar as betting on a Football or Basketball second half. The wagers will be graded based on the score from the top of the 6th inning and until the end of the game. For the wagers to be official, the game has to be a complete game (i.e. 9 innings, or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead). Extra inning runs count towards the side and the total.

BASEBALL (3 DAY SERIES) - All wagers will have action regardless of the starting pitchers. Only the games for the dates specified will count. The bet is on a team to win 2 out of 3 games. All three games must be official and count as a Win or Lose on MLB.com. If any game is postponed, suspended or canceled before becoming an official win or loss, then all wagers will be graded as NO ACTION.

BASEBALL (GRAND SALAMI) - All scheduled games must go at least 9 innings (8½ if the home team is winning). If any scheduled game is canceled or stopped before the completion of 8½ innings, all wagers on the Baseball Grand Salami will be canceled. No pitchers will be listed for the Grand Salami; all wagers will have action regardless of the starting pitchers.

BASEBALL (PLAYOFFS RULE) - In the case of a suspended playoff game. If the game is resumed in a span of 96 hours after its suspension, all wagers have action and will be graded after the completion of the game. If the game is not completed within the 96 hours following the time of suspension, then all bets have no action.

MLB (REGULAR SEASON WINS) - Teams must play at least 160 regular season games for the bets to be official, extra tiebreaker games for wildcard or division will not count toward the season win total.

MLB (PROPS) - All props are listed pitchers, if any of the pitchers is scratched all the bets will be scored as NO ACTION. On any prop, the player(s) listed must start, and either throw one pitch (in the case of a pitcher) or have one plate appearance (for position players) in the designated game for the wager to have action. For all the props the game must go at least 9 full innings -or 8½ if the home team is ahead-. The exceptions are the props completed after a specific event ends. For example, the first called pitch is official after the pitcher throws one of the listed possible pitches. The props will be graded using MLB.com.

WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC/LITTLE LEAGUE:
1) Bottom team does not necessarily bat last.
2) All spreads, money lines, and totals will have action in games stopped early due to the mercy rule.

BASEBALL NOTES:
In the case that a Run Ahead or Mercy Rule is invoked, games will be considered to be complete, game's wagers on runlines, totals, team totals and money line will have action.

A pitcher is deemed a starter after throwing the first pitch to the opponent's first batter. When listed pitchers are offered and there is a pitching change prior to the start of the game, the moneyline will be adjusted to the new pitcher and all "action wagers" WIN amount will be adjusted using the opening price for the new pitcher. All bets wagered with the listed pitchers will be graded as NO ACTION.

Typographical errors in a pitcher's name will not be grounds for wager cancellation.

If a game is suspended after 55 minutes and not resumed the same day, then regardless of whether the game is completed at a later date, the score when the game is halted will determine the betting results. If play is suspended before the completion of 55 minutes and not resumed the same day, all bets on the full game will be scored as "no action" and all monies refunded. If part of the game has finished (i.e. first quarter, first half, second quarter, or third quarter) those bets will be graded as action providing the entire period has finished. Unless noted before the contest, as long as the event is played on the schedule day, all bets have action. In addition, if inclement weather (or similar delay) pushes the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, then all bets have action. Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. All wagers will be graded at the time of the podium presentation, subsequent penalties, demotions or disqualifications will not affect the grading of wagers.

BOXING - Boxing wagering often includes the draw as a third option, if the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on either fighter will be lost. When the bell sounds to begin the first round, the bout will be considered official for betting purposes, this, regardless of the scheduled length or title. If the original number of scheduled rounds in a fight is changed: The bets on the fight totals and "Will or Will not go.." will be NO ACTION. Propositions for Exact Round of Ending, Fighter to Win by Knockout, Technical Knockout, Disqualification, Win by Decision or Technical Decision and Goes the Distance will be graded as no action. A fight is a Technical Draw when a fight ends before an allotted number of rounds. This is usually because of an accidental head-butt or foul. If a player is disqualified or withdraws after teeing off -either prior to the completion of two rounds or after both players have made the cut- then the other player is deemed the winner. If a player is disqualified during either the 3rd or 4th rounds, when the other player in the match bet has already missed the cut, the disqualified player will be considered the winner.

GOLF - Top 5 and Top 3 finishers In case of a tie ONLY the top 3 or the 5 players listed on the official website leader board will get paid.

Results will be graded based on the official result at ringside. For wagering purposes, results are not official until verified by officials at the fighting venue. Official or unofficial sanctioning body overturns of a fight decision based on appeal, suspension, lawsuit, drug testing result, or any other fighter sanction will not be recognized for wagering purposes. A total listed on a fight represents the total number of completed rounds. The halfway point of a round is at exactly two minutes and thirty seconds into a five minute round. Thus, 2 and a half rounds would be two minutes and thirty seconds of the 3rd round. In round distance wagering, if a fighter fails to answer the bell for the start of any round, the fight officially ended in the last round fought. In total wagering, if a fighter does not answer the bell to start a round where the fight has gone the exact distance listed on the total, the UNDER is the winner.
